Skilled Nursing, Clinical Liaison

Saunders House, located in Wynnewood, and Bryn Mawr Terrace, located in Bryn Mawr, have 290 combined skilled nursing beds providing rehabilitative services and long-term care with emphasis on the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. We are non-profit, affiliated facilities.
We are currently seeking a Clinical Liaison to represent the two facilities. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Business Development.  The ideal candidate will have prior marketing liaison experience in a clinical setting, representing a skilled nursing facility in a hospital setting. 
Job Responsibilities include:
  • Candidate must create and implement plans with the Sales and Marketing Team and the program director to bring in prospective residents.
  • Developing relationships with and providing ease of referral for hospital discharge planners by assessing patients in the hospital for skilled nursing placement in our facilities.  
  • Interact with discharge planners, physicians, patients and families and must have a comfort level with marketing our facilities to all potential referral sources. 
  • Develop positive relationships with the social workers, physicians, discharge planners in the hospitals and physician offices.
  • Educate physicians and the community regarding the range and quality of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.
Job Requirements
  • A graduate of an accredited school of nursing, or a college degree in a related field. 
  • Current Pennsylvania license as a Registered Nurse preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills. 
  • The ability to work independently and must possess a strong personal drive. 
  • At least three (3) years prior experience in this position with successful outcomes.
